Approach
My therapeutic approach centers on building trust in a safe space, fostering individual strengths, and honoring the distinct experiences that shape each person. I offer evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic/psychoanalytic theory, motivational interviewing, play therapy, family systems theory, CBIT for tics & PEERS social skills.
Having lived in The Netherlands and Israel, I bring a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and the challenges of acculturation. I am fluent in Hebrew and commited to supporting clients as they navigate cultural identity development and intergenerational trauma. Also, I welcome clients who wish to integrate faith-based perspectives into their mental health journey.
